You may have wondered, “why do people recommend certain oils for anxiousness, boredom, or discouraged feelings"?”

Or perhaps you love doTERRA blends and you wonder why doTERRA chose the oils in the blend for that purpose. This tool can help you break down which essential oils are helpful for which emotions.

Here is a simple guide to using oils for your emotions, with a few of our favorites for each category…

FLORALS - For fear, worry, emotional hurt, trauma, or lack of feeling safe and comfortable

  • Rose

MINTS - For apathy, lack of motivation, insecurity, anxious feelings, fear of public speaking
