Sinus Steaming with Essential Oils

Sinus Steaming can support your body’s natural immune responses and loosen congestion in the sinus cavities. You can steam at home or even at your desk if you’re feeling something coming on. All you need is:

  • A pot of boiling water

  • Your favorite mug

  • doTERRA essential oils (Oregano, Lemon, Tea Tree and Peppermint)

  • A towel (optional)

Instructions:

Boil your water first and pour into your mug. Add 1-2 drops each of Oregano, Lemon, Peppermint and Tea Tree essential oils. Carefully lean over your mug and inhale deeply.

Pro tip: Use a towel to cover your head in order to trap the steam and inhale for longer. This is especially useful if you’re already feeling unwell.
