Make your own Throat Spray with Essential Oils

Materials:

  • A spray bottle (you can reuse an OnGuard sanitizer spray bottle or grab something like this online)

  • Distilled water (Or doTERRA kids liquid Omegas)

  • doTERRA essential oils (OnGuard, Lemon and Frankincense)

Instructions:

Combine oils in spray bottle first. Our team recommends a ratio of 5 drops OnGuard blend, 3 drops Lemon and 3 drops Frankincense. If you need more support you can add 1-2 drops of Peppermint as well.

After mixing the essential oils in the spray bottle, fill the rest up with distilled water.
Pro Tip: If you want your spray to be extra powerful, substitute liquid doTERRA kids omegas instead of water!
